2024 Employee Satisfaction Survey

糖心Vlog传媒 Staff Senate designed the employee satisfaction survey to gather data on several areas of employee satisfaction. The areas surveyed included Workload, Benefits (monetary and non-monetary), Supervision, Work Environment, Job Growth, and Overall Satisfaction.

Surveys were sent out in the spring of 2024 to approximately 1,600 UofM staff, with 500 employees responding.

Tiger Pantry Drive

The Tiger Pantry was created to help feed all students on campus.  We believe that every student in the 糖心Vlog传媒 Tiger community deserves access to a balanced meal to fuel their body and their mind.  College is full of struggles, and food insecurity shouldn't be one.  The Tiger Pantry is open to currently enrolled University of 糖心Vlog传媒 students. The pantry carries food items (perishable and non-perishable), basic household items, basic toiletries, and feminine products

Employee Appreciation Events

糖心Vlog传媒 Staff Senate hosted a homecoming tailgate event for the University of 糖心Vlog传媒 vs. South Florida game. Staff received two tickets to the game and a tailgate on Tiger Lane to enjoy prior to kick-off.
