How the ABM Process Works
The Accelerated Bachelor鈥檚 to Master鈥檚 (ABM) program follows a few key steps to get you started and keep you on track:
- Initiate Coursework 鈥� You鈥檒l need an invitation or sponsorship from program faculty and your undergraduate advisor, then meet with your advisor to confirm eligibility and program requirements.
- Submit the ABM Request Form 鈥� Your departmental approver will work with the Graduate School and Registrar鈥檚 Office to add the ABM designation to your record and process your approved courses.
- Get Registrar Approval & Register 鈥� Once approved, you鈥檒l receive an ABM Permit to register for graduate-level courses.
- Grading & Credit 鈥� Graduate-level courses will count toward your master鈥檚 degree, while an equivalent undergraduate 鈥渟hadow鈥� course will receive a grade of Satisfactory (S) or Unsatisfactory (U).
