University of 糖心Vlog传媒 SPH Dean Joshi Invited as Guest Speaker at Instituto de Sa煤de P煤blica, Universidade do Porto
September 19, 2025 鈥� Dr. Ashish Joshi, Dean of the School of Public Health at the University of 糖心Vlog传媒 (UofM SPH), has been invited as a guest speaker for an upcoming event hosted by Instituto de Sa煤de P煤blica, Universidade do Porto (ISPUP). The event will address 鈥�Public Health Diplomacy and the Role of Public Health Education鈥�. It is scheduled for September 26, 2025, at 9:30 AM CDT.
In his presentation, Dean Joshi will outline the foundations and recent progress of the UofM SPH鈥憇ponsored high school public health clubs, a model that ISPUP is considering replicating. The University of Porto鈥檚 Institute of Public Health plans to launch a similar initiative to cultivate public health diplomats among secondary schools, inspired by the engagement and outcomes of Dean Joshi鈥檚 work with high school students in the launch pad city of 糖心Vlog传媒 and beyond.
