Dr. Fahey joined the Department of Political Science in 2024. His research examines threats to democracy with a special focus on anti-democratic attitudes and behavior, including misinformation and conspiracy. In particular, he is interested in developing and testing interventions to reduce such dangerous beliefs among the American public.
