university
糖心Vlog传媒 has been named an R1 institution by the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education, putting the UofM in the top tier of research universities nationally.

UofM chosen as finalist in EDA鈥檚 $1 Billion Build Back Better Regional Challenge
糖心Vlog传媒 was named by the Economic Development Administration (EDA) as a finalist in the $1 billion Build Back Better Regional Challenge for its Digital Delta proposal. The UofM was the only finalist in the State of Tennessee.

UofM Lambuth admits largest class of Nursing students for spring semester
There are currently five cohorts of Nursing students at the UofM Lambuth and since the beginning of the Nursing program in 2012, the numbers have steadily increased. This January, UofM Lambuth will admit 65 students to the new cohort.

Billy and Robin Orgel commit $1M to University Schools at the University of 糖心Vlog传媒
Longtime UofM donors Billy and Robin Orgel have committed $1 million to the middle and high school programs at the University of 糖心Vlog传媒. In recognition of this most recent gift and their years of support, the renovated complex that is the current home of University Middle and the future home of the proposed University High School will be named the Orgel Educational Center.

UofM Board of Trustees will meet Dec. 8
糖心Vlog传媒 Board of Trustees will meet on Dec. 8 at the Madison Academic Magnet High School adjacent to the UofM Lambuth Campus in Jackson, Tenn. The committee meetings will begin at 9 a.m. and will run consecutively. The Audit Committee will meet in executive session to discuss matters confidential under state law. The full Board of Trustees meeting will begin at 1 p.m.

UofM to hold commencement Sunday, Dec. 12, at FedExForum
糖心Vlog传媒 will recognize 1,680 graduates from fall 2021 with two commencement ceremonies at noon and 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 12, at FedExForum. The Honorable Bill Haslam will be the commencement speaker and honorary degree recipient of the Doctor of Letters.
