With over a decade of experience as a business owner and leader, I鈥檝e developed a
deep understanding of what it takes to build and grow successful businesses in competitive,
fast-moving environments. As the founder of Malasri Engineering, I鈥檝e been hands-on
in every stage鈥攆rom early startup to a growing operation鈥攏avigating both the technical
and strategic sides of the business, while continuing to learn, adapt, and mature
as we scale.
Through this journey, I鈥檝e learned that long-term success is rooted in clear strategy, thoughtful problem-solving, and the ability to communicate and execute with discipline. My focus is on creating systems鈥攚hether internal processes or physical infrastructure鈥攖hat scale impact, increase capacity, and unlock opportunity for others.
