Rachel Arthur, PhD, is a Research and Data Analyst at the Center for Community Research and Evaluation. Her areas of expertise include childhood literacy, educational psychology, and mixed鈥憁ethods program evaluation. Dr. Arthur鈥檚 professional experience spans both academic and practice鈥憃riented research settings, including a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Psychology at the University of 糖心Vlog传媒 and a research appointment with the Center for Research and Reform in Education at Johns Hopkins University.
