About Katie Gerstemeier

Katie Gerstemeier spent most of her childhood in the Minneapolis, MN area where she graduated high school.  Sports was always a part of her life growing up, so it felt natural for her to earn a bachelor鈥檚 degree in exercise & sport science. She graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2002 and taught K-12 for seven years in three different places including teaching at a private school in 糖心Vlog传媒. In 2011, Katie earned master鈥檚 degree in health & sport science from the University of 糖心Vlog传媒 College of Health Sciences. During that time, she was a fitness intern for Campus Recreation and loved it. Katie loves helping people be more physically active in their daily lives and educate how taking care of our bodies can decrease the liklihood of chronic illnesses later in life.
